What You’ll Do:

- Oversee cost accounting for manufacturing operations and supply chain, ensuring accurate tracking of production costs, inventory and material usage

- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

- Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and profitability

- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal controls

- Work closely with production and supply chain teams to streamline operations and reduce waste

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA preferred

- 3+ years of experience in Australian manufacturing

- Strengths in cost accounting, ideally in food, petfood or beverage manufacturing

- Power BI and advanced Excel skills – and a love of meaningful data analysis

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems

- Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying cost-saving opportunities

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
