About the position
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate – Family Lawyer to join their established and highly regarded team. This is a career-accelerating role with a genuine pathway to Partnership for the right candidate.
You’ll work within a dynamic and well-resourced practice group that handles complex and rewarding family law matters, including:
- Property settlements and asset protection strategies
- Parenting arrangements and custody disputes
- Binding Financial Agreements (BFAs)
- Cross-border family law and relocation issues
The role will see you working alongside accomplished senior practitioners and leadership who are invested in your growth. The firm promotes a mentoring culture and provides structured support to help you achieve your career goals — including Partnership.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in Family Law
- Confident in running matters autonomously and with a strategic mindset
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- A team-focused approach and desire to contribute to a collaborative culture
- Mentoring experience or interest in developing junior lawyers
