Our client is a well-established law firm with multiple offices across Queensland and a proud reputation for delivering outstanding legal services in areas including family law, commercial, and estate matters. About the position:

Our client is looking for a capable Senior Associate-level Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their growing team in either Brisbane or Toowoomba. This role offers the best of both worlds—autonomy over your files, and consistent support from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts
- Advising on powers of attorney and succession strategies
- Probate and estate administration
- Dispute resolution and family provision matters

You will have a broad and interesting client base, from high-net-worth individuals to family businesses, and will be encouraged to take a leadership role in the practice area.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ PAE in Wills & Estates
- Solid technical knowledge and file management skills
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
- Experience mentoring or leading teams is advantageous
