About the Position
Our client is searching for an experienced Family Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate level) to become an integral part of their growing Brisbane office. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that handles complex, high-value matters, including parenting disputes, financial agreements, property settlements, and spousal maintenance.
You will work directly with respected leaders in the family law space while maintaining a high level of autonomy. The team fosters a supportive, respectful environment where collaboration is key. This position offers direct client interaction, exposure to sophisticated files, and the backing of a nationally integrated support structure.

Key Requirements
- 3–8 years’ PAE in family law
- Demonstrated experience in both parenting and property matters
- Ability to manage files independently with support when needed
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and genuine care for client outcomes
