The Role
We have an opportunity for a Family Lawyer to join our team. Whether you are just starting out in family law or are an experienced practitioner, we would love to hear from you. This role will suit an ambitious lawyer ready to build a successful and rewarding practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with our senior family lawyers, who will mentor and guide your professional growth. You will work on complex and high value matters across all aspects of family law, with a particular interest in property settlement.
You will work closely with the team on business development initiatives across North Queensland and will be expected to actively promote the firm and its services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for family law and a desire to build a long-term career in this area;
- A willingness to take ownership of matters and learn from senior practitioners;
- Clear and confident communications skills (written and verbal);
- Accountability and composure under pressure, and
- The ability to foster positive relationships with staff, clients and referrers.
