The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager Taxation (Australia), you’ll be a valued member of the team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operations of our Group Tax and Group Treasury functions. - Assist with tax compliance matters, including ATO registrations, correspondence, and the lodgement of relevant forms.
- Support the Treasury team with the management of bank guarantees, insurance bonds, and legal documentation for debt facilities.
- Handle banking-related administration, including Know-Your-Client (KYC) checks and managing billing for bank fees.
- Oversee annual subscription renewals and coordinate external training requirements for the teams.

Qualifications

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated approach with the ability to work without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build professional relationships at all levels.
- The ability to operate with confidentiality, discretion, and a high level of integrity.
- Advanced software proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience developing PowerPoint presentations is also required.
