The Senior Brand Manager is tasked with leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a strategic mindset to manage various aspects of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and planning through execution and analysis. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the business development team and executive leadership to consistently drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The successful candidate will foster and enhance the Plum Creek Recovery Ranch brand through strategic referral partnerships, as well as effective digital, email, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties

- Design and implement quarterly integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

- Utilize competitive analytics, market insights, and consumer trends to refine brand positioning, messaging, and creative outputs.

- Manage and optimize all aspects of digital marketing to meet and exceed budgetary goals.

- Develop and refine marketing automation strategies to engage leads throughout the patient journey, ensuring our brands remain top of mind.

- Monitor and report on email marketing performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

- Act as the primary liaison between divisional leadership and the marketing department, ensuring alignment and efficient communication.

- Oversee the project management of website and landing page development, timely updates, and production of marketing collateral.

- Collaborate closely with other marketing team members and third-party vendors to ensure all digital campaigns are optimized for search engines, content and social media.

- Responsible for fostering and nurturing key strategic partnerships on a national scale, including but not limited to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and First Responders Organizations.

- Collaborate with business development team to design and implement effective referral relations strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition.

- Regularly analyze the performance across various media channels, making data‑driven decisions to optimize strategies and improve cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA). Prepare and present quarterly marketing business reviews that highlight key results, actionable insights, and recommendations for future marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or equivalent related experience.

- 7 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, and/or marketing communications.

- Consumer / DTC marketing background, preferably in the behavioral healthcare space, healthcare, or comparable regulated industry required.

Skills & Competencies

- Proficient in MS Office applications, which include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical skills. Able to navigate data across various channels and identify actionable insights.

- Ability to build and sustain trusting relationships with diverse individuals and groups.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Must have deep understanding of digital marketing and web design platforms, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Word Press.

Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions

- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, and be able to perceive the attributes of objects such as size, shape, temperature, and/or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of the fingertips.

- Ability to express and exchange ideas via spoken word during activities in which they must convey detail or important spoken instructions to others accurately, sometimes quickly and loudly.

- Hearing to perceive the nature of sound with no less than 40 db loss @ Hz, 1000 Hz, and 2000 Hz with or without correction; ability to perceive detailed information orally and make fine discriminations in sound.

- Perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers. Individual must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and to be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

- Work requires a minimum standard of visual acuity with or without correction that will enable people in the role to complete administrative and clerical tasks, as well as inspect and analyze.

- Must be able to work and concentrate amidst distractions such as noise, conversation, and foot traffic; ability to handle interruptions often and be able to move from one task to another.

- While worker may possibly be subjected to temperature changes, the worker is generally not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions as the work is predominantly inside.

Full-time employees only are eligible on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment
