As a Senior GTM Manager, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead and evolve the GTM functions within our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. This is a growing role, giving you the chance to significantly impact both our sales channels and customer experiences. This role is open to candidates based in either Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, Victoria.

Responsibilities

- Create and deliver Enterprise & Mid-Market GTM initiatives, prioritizing activities to achieve the best overall outcomes.
- Collaborate with GTM stream leads, business units, and external partners to align on strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive GTM plans for presentation to senior leaders and Steerco for approval.
- Manage the delivery into market and channel, tracking deliverables, guiding go/no-go decisions and ensuring sales readiness.
- Lead the GTM Working Group and support the GTM Steerco, engaging relevant leads and ensuring coordinated execution.
- Act as a “segment champion” across all GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment strategy and customer needs.

Qualifications

- You have proven experience in a GTM, marketing, product or Project Management role, ideally within telecommunications sectors.
- You possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- You excel at collaborating within a matrixed organization, with outstanding collaborator management skills.
- You are a strong communicator with a proactive reporting style, capable of influencing across all levels.
- You can effectively implement intricate product collections with various vendors, coordinating and aligning priorities across collaborators.
- You have a track record of flawless execution and a drive to deliver world-class outcomes.
