Aged Care is a growth industry, it’s not for the faint hearted, it’s fast paced and challenging but equally rewarding. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support our Residential Aged Care portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on collaboration, and is passionate about matching the right people to meaningful work.

As a key member of our centralised recruitment team, you'll provide end-to-end recruitment support across our residential aged care services. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing and securing the right talent to ensure high-quality care for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Delivering a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Writing and posting engaging job ads to attract top talent
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing needs
- Using recruitment tools and social media to drive talent attraction and promote our employer brand
- Partnering with hiring managers and providing expert recruitment advice and support
- Running recruitment campaigns as needed

About You:

You are a self-motivated and tech-savvy recruiter who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Background in Aged Care, Healthcare or Community Services (ideal but not essential)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to think creatively and build robust talent pipelines
- Familiarity with recruitment systems, tools, and social media platforms
- NSW Driver’s License and access to a vehicle (for occasional site visits)
