- Must have 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally within a labour-focused industry.
- A goal-driven & outgoing individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Have proven experience maintaining a high volume of hires and working with multiple hiring managers
- Proficient with G-Suite, Zoom platform, and using an ATS (CATS an asset).
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities like a pro and mastering your time management skills
- You are comfortable connecting with people at all levels and backgrounds and thrive on building lasting relationships while fostering a positive work culture with employees and leaders across the company.
- Understanding of positive onboarding, team engagement & performance management.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for generating applicants, screening incoming resumes, scheduling and performing video and/or telephone interviews,, and scheduling in-person interviews with local hiring managers at one of the 4 locations.
- Accountable for achieving weekly and monthly goals set by the Management team based on staffing needs.
- Report on recruitment activity through the maintenance of recruitment tracker(s); including goals, plans, and learning through weekly meetings.
- Contribute to the training and onboarding process to ensure the recruiting messaging aligns with the employment experience.
- Other tasks and responsibilities within the HR recruitment team as needed.

We are hiring immediately for this position. Compensation approx $90k as well as a performance-based bonus. This position can either be remote or can be office-based (at any of our 4 locations).
