About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee diverse commercial, industrial and defence projects valued between $1M and $50M. From contract award to successful delivery, you’ll lead teams, manage stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest standard. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑profile builds across metro and regional SA and NT, while enjoying career development in a supportive and growth‑oriented team.

What You Will Do

- Drive projects from planning through to completion, ensuring scope, time and budget are met.

- Engage early in project design and costing phases, working closely with Estimating and Customer partners.

- Manage procurement, contract administration, cost control and project reporting.

- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality and company policies.

- Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.

- Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders.

- Support the growth of the Construction portfolio and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator with a head or managing contractor.

- Proven success delivering commercial projects valued $5M–$30M+.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MS Project and the MS Office Suite.

- Construction White Card, current Driver’s License and Australian Citizenship (eligible for Defence security clearance).

What Will Set You Apart

- Experience with project management platforms such as Procore or Aconex.

- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Pronto.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide project teams.
