Location: Rockingham • Employment Type: Full time (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) • Salary: $25 - $31 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

- Use Skedulo (scheduling system) to schedule therapy sessions in alignment with participant’s Therapy Plan or Habit Coach Action Plan.
- Reschedule sessions if a practitioner or participant is unable to attend a scheduled session.
- Onboard a new participant, explaining how services are delivered in the social model and setting expectations for collaboration.
- Complete an over-the-phone risk assessment and accurately record any identified risks, keeping therapists and participants safe.
- Maintain accurate Service Agreements for participants.
- Attend the weekly hub team meeting; contribute to team updates and collaboration.
- Work closely with the administration team to complete tasks efficiently across the area.
- Deliver professional and emotionally intelligent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email, prioritising the participant experience.

Who We Are Looking For

- Demonstrated experience with scheduling or rostering.
- 2–3 years’ experience in administration with a customer service and relationship-building focus.
- Strong skill in managing client databases and practice administration systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Commitment to participant satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
- Ability to act with urgency, set clear priorities, and complete tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive team contributor, helping the team achieve its objectives.
- Problem-solver attitude; ready to embrace daily challenges.
- Willingness to adapt to change and grow skills.
- Experience in the NDIS/Disability sector is desirable but not essential.
- Working With Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check required prior to commencement.
