Your Impact, With Us We’re looking for a dedicated and professional Patient Services Officer to join our team at the Greenslopes and Milton Clinics in a permanent full‑time capacity. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping ensure their experience is smooth, respectful, and informed making a meaningful difference from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll make a meaningful impact by: - Managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient communications - Liaising with hospital staff, doctors, and clinical teams - Checking patient GP referrals and Medicare data for accuracy - Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally - Processing billing and receipting for patient accounts, including Medicare and DVA - Supporting the team with efficient use of our Health Track system What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role, you will have: - Experience in administration or customer service, ideally in healthcare or aged care - Strong time management and prioritisation skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to support patients sensitively - Confidence in billing/receipting medical accounts (Medicare and DVA experience preferred) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment We would also love you to have: - A calm, professional attitude and a positive approach to fluctuating workloads - A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement - High attention to detail and comfort with clinical administration software Why Advara HeartCare We’re a values‑driven organisation where every person matters.
