We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager with strong Business Analysis and data migration experience to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Workday Financials implementation, including migration from Xero, business process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of Workday Financials (not HRIS) implementation, partneringwith Workday's implementation team.
- Oversee and execute data migration from Xero, ensuring accuracy and completeness across GL, expense, and reporting data.
- Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, bridging business requirements and technical implementation.
- Partner with SMEs and finance stakeholders to reshape and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Manage day-to-day project delivery, vendor coordination, RAID management, and progress reporting.

Required Experience

- Proven end-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience (essential).
- Strong Project Management background with hands-on delivery in a lean or less structured environment.
- Prior experience in Business Analysis, ideally having started career in that capacity.
- Deep understanding of accounting processes, GL structure, and financial workflows.
- Experience leading data migration from legacy systems (ideally Xero).
- Demonstrated ability to work with vendors, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes collaboratively.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business process mapping skills.

Desirable

- Experience within financial services or asset management.
- Understanding of real estate accounting systems and processes.
- Prior exposure to integration projects involving multiple financial systems
