About the Opportunity Join our Maintenance team at Harvey Fresh as a Maintenance Coordinator, where you'll lead a team of approximately 15 tradesmen, to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our UHT/ESL, Fresh Milk, and Juice lines. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.
