The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. With increasing complexity of today’s ecommerce and rise of opportunities, the SAS team aims to leverage the full potential of each Selling Partner on Amazon by providing leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Selling Partners to achieve their goals. This is an opportunity for you to play a vital role in shaping a key growth program for Amazon Australia, developing our portfolio of solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in other countries.
The ideal candidate will be excellent at influencing external stakeholders, consulting and account management skills, possess a track record of taking initiatives and using data and tools to drive business growth, implementing process improvements and scaling up programs, and be comfortable with operating in an ambiguous environment.
