Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Amazon Full time

Description
Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon's Selling Partners? The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. With increasing complexity of today's ecommerce and rise of opportunities, the SAS team aims to leverage the full potential of each Selling Partner on Amazon by providing leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Selling Partners to achieve their goals. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program and enable scalable global solutions through direct cooperation with worldwide teams.

The SAS program is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Consultant who will be responsible for working with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon, offering support on launching on new programs, exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy and selection listing. The Marketplace Consultant will be expected to develop and convert a sales pipeline using a highly consultative and data driven approach, as well as onboard and build long-term relationships with the key decision-makers within the prospective accounts. Given the early stage of the program, you will also be responsible for developing processes, tools and content for this service. This is an opportunity for you to play a vital role in shaping a key growth program for Amazon Australia, developing our portfolio of solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in other countries.

The ideal candidate will be excellent at influencing external stakeholders, consulting and account management skills, possess a track record of taking initiatives and using data and tools to drive business growth, implementing process improvements and scaling up programs, and be comfortable with operating in an ambiguous environment.
