Are you passionate about retail innovation, data-driven insights, and bringing the in-store customer experience to life? Join our Retail Operations Team as a Retail Data & Devices Coordinator and help shape how our retail partners and customers interact with Samsung’s world-class products.
In this role, working with our client Samsung, you’ll be at the heart of retail excellence – providing visibility into display device data, coordinating distribution, and ensuring device health and stability across our network. Partnering closely with the Retail Data Analytics & Device Innovation Manager, you’ll manage end-to-end device coordination and provide hands-on support to the field team to elevate retail execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the lifecycle of retail display devices (from forecasting to retailer handover).
- Tracking device coverage, connectivity, promotions, and store performance metrics.
- Coordinating sample loans, device activations, and rework activities.
- Supporting retail training by reviewing retail mode content and localisations.
- Troubleshooting escalations and ensuring seamless field team operations.
- Preparing and presenting data reports and insights to drive retail conversion.
- Contributing to wider Retail Operations initiatives including quotes, invoicing, and audits.
Skills That Will Make You Successful
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI, Tableau/QuickSight).
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration ability.
- High-level problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Knowledge of retail device management systems (RMS, Knox, RetailSamsung).
- Project coordination and multitasking across multiple priorities.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency , particularly Excel.
- Communication and presentation skills – translating complex data into clear insights.
- Creativity in data visualisation and tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Adaptability to fast-paced change with a proactive, execution-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The Experience We Value Most
- Retail field experience (preferably within consumer electronics or tech).
- Display device setup and management in-store.
- Hands-on data reporting and visualisation for business decision-making.
- Stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and business units.
- Planning, organising, and executing projects end-to-end.
