Are you a master of planning and scheduling with a hands-on, can-do attitude? PERSOL are working with a growing and dedicated team to recruit an experienced Scheduler who will play a pivotal role in keeping technicians and operations running smoothly across multiple WA-based clients.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Planning & Reporting team, technicians, and stores to develop optimised work schedules, ensure preventive maintenance is delivered on time, and provide key reporting to clients. You'll need a blend of workforce experience, leadership, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and scheduling Service Technicians to meet client requirements
- Coordinating mobilisation, including rostering, flights, and accommodation for remote employees
- Managing rostering changes efficiently and communicating updates clearly
- Maintaining employee training and prerequisites to prevent schedule disruptions
- Preparing and distributing reports to meet KPIs
- Supporting technicians and coordinating client enquiries
- Performing general administration and data entry, including MEX work orders and Wageloch rostering
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Workshop inspections and repairs, including outsourcing to third parties
- Invoicing for onsite services, workshop jobs, and hire assets
- Ordering service kit parts, PPE, and staff amenities
- Maintaining staff qualifications and scheduling training
- Coordinating medicals, pre-employment checks, and D&A labs
About you:
- Previous administration, rostering, or scheduling experience (remote industry experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in planning and mobilisation software such as Wageloch and MEX
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and initiative in implementing process improvements
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment
