About the Role

Are you a detail‑oriented and motivated professional looking to grow your career in payroll? We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join a multi‑level pool for the following roles:

- Senior Payroll Officer (Level 3)

- Senior Payroll Consultant (Level 4)

As a valued member of the payroll team, you will deliver high‑quality end‑to‑end payroll processing and client enquiry services ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant industrial instruments, legislation and organisational procedures.

Senior Payroll Officer, Level 3 – Key Responsibilities

- Strong attention to detail with high speed and accuracy in data entry and payroll processing.

- Interpret complex information, identify discrepancies and resolve errors confidently.

- Maintain accurate and compliant records for all payroll transactions.

Senior Payroll Consultant, Level 4 – Key Responsibilities

- Interpret awards and legislation confidently and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

- Manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

This pool will be used to fill current and future permanent, fixed‑term, full‑time and part‑time vacancies over the next 12 months.

There is currently one permanent, part‑time position (30 hrs per week) available for Senior Payroll Consultant (Level 4).

Pre‑employment Conditions

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must be an Australian citizen, hold permanent resident status in Australia or hold a visa that allows them to live and work in Australia for the period of their employment contract.

- A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate.
