Overview

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer. This role is based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo at one of Australia’s most progressive workspaces and one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts. Hybrid working arrangements are available and offered on 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Responsibilities

- Manage banking allocations, order release and collections, including making up to 25-50 calls a day depending on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate banking transactions and maintain clear transaction records.
- Follow up to resolve unallocated or disputed items.
- Generate reports and perform account reconciliations.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience in an Accounts Receivable position, preferably within a large FMCG or Agribusiness.
- Highly desirable: proven experience in SAP.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated process improvement experience and change management skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo positively / continuous improvement mindset.
