**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with this prestigious school in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their supportive and professional team immediately.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this temporary full time role, you will play a crucial role within the Accounts Team, responsible for the maintenance and administration of the accounting system as well as ensuring all payments are accounted for. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic team.

**DUTIES**
- Prepare and issue all accounts receivable invoices
- Assist with debtors management including issuing client statements on a monthly basis
- End to end optimisation of the cash conversion process
- Identify opportunities to drive changes to simplify invoicing procedure/ systems and making it more user friendly for the business
- Data cleanse project accounting system to streamline information
- Work closely with the Finance team to get efficient and aligned integration between the multiple interdependent Finance systems

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**

You will be an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with solid experience in accounting and the use of finance systems. You will be a strong problem solver, with exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. You will be able to prioritise tasks, be a strong communicator and team player.
