The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team for a 2-week assignment, starting 29th September 2025. This is a full-time role, based onsite at our Wetherill Park office, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid AR experience to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create job folders, deposit invoices, and PODs using Excel
  • Manage email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Set up jobs in the system
  • Maintain and update the quote number register
  • Enter timesheets and material usage sheets into the system

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role
  • Familiarity with construction/project accounting and the Security of Payments Act
  • Strong skills in invoice collection and reconciliation
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and quick adaptability to new systems and processes
