The business is now on the lookout for a motivated, analytical, and qualified Financial Accountant who's eager to make an impact and grow alongside a thriving organisation.

The Position

In this role, you'll work together with the Head of Finance. An inspiring and forward-thinking leader who's passionate about mentoring and supporting your professional development. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to play a key role in the company's growth trajectory while taking on a broad range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

- Month End - Balance Sheet / PnL Reconciliations, Reporting & Analysis
- Preparation of month end / management reporting
- Preparation of project reporting and forecasting
- Assisting with budgeting / forecasting and cashflow reporting
- Payroll - supporting monthly payroll including all payroll reporting & compliance
- Preparation of GST, GST, FBT, Payroll Taxes, Income Tax
- Supporting with all Audit processes
- Adhoc tasks as required - involvement with projects, driving systems and process efficiencies

About You

- CA Qualified or similar
- Experience with Manufacturing / Construction or similar highly desirable
- Strong exposure to Australian Tax - reporting and compliance
- Experience with WIP / Project Accounting highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Excel - demonstrated experience with high volume spreadsheets, reconciliations and reporting
