Junior/Graduate Customer Success Specialist
We’re seeking a Junior/Graduate Customer Success Specialist to help drive the post-sale success and performance of our Australian enterprise advertising accounts. You will partner with marketing leaders in Australia’s biggest brands to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact and long-term ROI. You’ll also collaborate with Rokt’s Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate client goals into advertising solutions that drive results. You will be trained on Rokt-Ads and our key product offerings, working closely with senior Advertising Customer Success specialists to ramp up into a role as a technical and strategic advertising specialist for top-tier Rokt Ads accounts. This is a highly visible individual contributor role blending customer success, ad performance optimisation, and advertising strategy to drive value and growth across a global ecommerce portfolio.
Compensation
Target total compensation ranges from $102,000-$128,000, comprised of a fixed annual salary of $87,000-$100,000 (including super), quarterly bonuses, and an employee equity plan grant. You will receive world-class benefits including gym allowance, tech allowance, breakfast & lunch daily, trips abroad (HQ in New York, Global Kick Off in Bahamas), and more. Equity grants are issued in good faith and are subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising Optimisation & Insights: Use data-driven storytelling to recommend targeting strategies, campaign optimisations, and A/B tests to maximise advertiser return. Partner with Product and Data teams to surface new insights, custom solutions, and platform features that deepen value for each client.
- Client Success & Performance: Support Sales with pre-sale technical insights and own the client success strategy post-contract. Deliver on client success KPIs, including campaign adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Own onboarding, activation, and ongoing success of strategic clients across Rokt’s ecosystem. Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to increase performance, drive adoption, and expand the use of Rokt’s solutions. Deliver compelling QBRs and strategic roadmaps that translate insights into impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales during pre-sale and upsell opportunities to articulate the technical feasibility and business value of Rokt’s platform. Liaise with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to champion the voice of the customer, influence roadmap priorities, and resolve escalations.
- Technical & Strategic Expertise: Serve as the technical SME across campaign architecture, ecommerce integrations, and performance marketing tool capabilities (e.g., first-party data, audience targeting, measurement). Stay current on e-commerce, personalisation, and performance marketing trends to elevate client strategies continually.
- Qualifications/Experience: Prior professional experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, or CRM/retention at an agency or SaaS company (MarTech or AdTech strongly preferred), or a strong academic background in advertising/marketing. Engaging communicator and presenter with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape. Familiarity with A/B testing, CRM tools, channels such as Facebook and Google, website personalisation. Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and sales efficiencies through relationship-based selling.
