They will assume the responsibility for brand management and corporate identity in the region, generate interest, drive sales leads and accelerate existing opportunities. You will work closely with the corporate and global marketing teams and collaborate with the local team to roll out corporate campaigns in the region as well as strategize and execute field-marketing programs. This position will report to the VP, Sales & Marketing, ANZ. Qualified candidates can work remotely in Victory or NSW.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**This role requires strategic planning, leadership, team development, project management, budget management skills. You must be self-directed, able to take initiative and possess excellent critical thinking skills, dive into the details to get things done, and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities for this position include:* Direct and manage all marketing for the region and activities within the marketing department* Strategize and implement the optimal mix of marketing programs for ANZ; identify the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels and calls to action* Work closely with corporate PR team and PR agencies to coordinate media and analyst activities* Oversee and manage the execution of marketing events in the region including conference sponsorship, seminars, client/prospect dinners, live webinars* Strategize, plan and execute field marketing programs such as RSI executive briefings, seminars, client/prospect dinners, live webinars* Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to roll out campaigns and lead nurturing for ANZ* Source and manage local vendors for marketing program execution* Manage local user groups/association relationships and programs* Provide guidance on marketing messages and material, website, campaign concept and creative development to ensure effectiveness for the region* Facilitate lead distribution and follow up with the Sales Development and sales teams* Track and optimize campaign performance as well as overall ROI to the internal stakeholders* Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, SOW (scope of work) / budget* Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing team and programs Additional Duties and responsibilities* Research vendors and resources for building target accounts and contacts* Understand and collaborate on marketing automation technologies across the entire lead nurturing process* Build client relationship and support client marketing effort to improve retention and upsell, as well as leverage in prospecting programs* Work closely with corporate Sales Development management and manage**Education**Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus; Major in marketing or communications preferred**Location**Remote - NSW; Victoria**Experience*** 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, with 7+ years of B-to-B technology marketing* Direct experience in marketing management**Qualifications & Skills*** Ability to build, lead and manage team* Strategic, highly self-motivated individual who enjoys working under limited supervision* Tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed* Strong drive to action and results orientation* Creative marketer with strong written, editing and oral communication skills* Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude* Ability to work and communicate with varied groups including executive management, customers, media, and internal teams* Demonstrated lead generation results that translated into sales revenue* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and produce results in a start-up environment* Understand how to leverage technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, salesforce, Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office, and similar toolsWe are looking for talented, passionate people to help us build our future atOur work is challenging and meaningful.
