We're partnering with a global leader in sealants distribution to find a Procurement Supervisor to join their growing team in Chipping Norton.

Off the back of significant company growth, this full-time, on-site position plays a key role in managing procurement operations and supporting business continuity.

Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods across global and intercompany suppliers. This is not just a transactional role – it requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate procurement of all intercompany products
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders across departments
- Manage forecasting and analyse market trends to support planning decisions
- Prepare quotes, issue purchase orders, and monitor order fulfilment using SAP
- Use Excel for reporting and analysis (high beginner to intermediate level)
- Implement and improve procurement processes and systems

About You You're a confident and proactive procurement professional, ready to step into a role where your communication skills, organisation, and initiative will shine. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a high volume of SKUs.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or planning
- Background in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments
- Exposure to small components, fasteners, or high-SKU products preferred
- Proficient in SAP(essential)
- Comfortable working in Excel
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Process-focused, with the ability to think ahead and coordinate multiple moving parts
