The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial insights that drive business performance. Acting as a true strategic partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across the Group, including Managing Directors and the Board, to influence decisions. - Prepare ASX reports and investor presentations - Assess and review capital expenditure initiatives related to new and existing products, providing financial insight and strategic recommendations for Board-level decision making. - Support the Managing Director in the ongoing review of project execution, tracking performance against objectives, and ensuring delivery of expected strategic and financial benefits - Commodity analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to support pricing, procurement, and strategic decision-making. - Operational analysis & efficiency opportunities: Identify areas for operational improvement through data-driven analysis, driving greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness across business units. - Financial assessment of new projects: Evaluate the financial viability of proposed manufacturing projects, including ROI, risk analysis, and alignment with strategic goals. - Compliance & Controls: ensure strong internal controls and execution of audit activities. Your Skills & Experience - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or CA accreditation preferred. - Experience in agriculture or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous. - Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail. - Proficient in financial planning and modelling, including advanced Excel and Power BI skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across operations up to board level.
