Elders Top End Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join the 2024 REINT Branch of the Year and current National Real Estate Institute Office of the Year. With over 20 years of strong presence in the Darwin market and a rental portfolio of 1,100+ properties, our award-winning team is well-established, high-performing, and well-resourced.

As a Sales Rep, you’ll drive listing and selling activity by building strong relationships with clients and executing proactive, market-driven campaigns. Your understanding of local legislation and the Darwin property landscape will help you deliver exceptional service and generate a steady pipeline of listings and sales.

Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Sales Rep, you will:

- List, market, and sell residential and rural properties

- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, local knowledge, and consistent results

- Actively participate in branch business development activities

- Ensure compliance with professional standards, reporting, and legislative requirements

- Collaborate with the broader Elders network to offer clients integrated solutions

- Maximise promotional opportunities through community engagement, field days, and client events

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Real Estate Licence and valid driver’s licence (essential)

- Proven experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment

- A sound understanding of the Darwin property market and surrounding region

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently

- Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as AgentBox (preferred)
