As we continue our mission to shake things up and make payments the easiest part of doing business, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills with hands-on experience, further your career, and help unleash the potential of our customers, one payment at a time.Proven experience in financial systems management, including IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), preferably also Workday.Proven experience in cube development, writing processes and optimising rules and development of reports in TM1 (excel and workspace).Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or other related field preferred, with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.Ability to balance BAU delivery with proactive system and process leadership. Experience embedding AI/ML forecasting solutions highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and control mindset. Strong communication skills — able to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts simply.Experience taking project ownership and eliciting requirements from stakeholders If you’ve got this far, then you might just be a great fit for us.
