The Financial Systems & Process Analyst will own and improve Tyro’s finance systems and workflows across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting—safeguarding reliability, data integrity, and scalable planning to support strategic growth.

The role leads development in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and embeds AI-enabled forecasting and automation to lift efficiency, accuracy, and insight, while also maintaining and enhancing Tyro’s broader finance stack, including Workday General Ledger and BlackLine.

What you'll do:
System management & data reliability- Own daily admin and CI of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Workday GL, and reporting tools- Ensure data integrity, reliability, and timeliness across systems- Maintain strong controls, reconciliations, and monitoring- Proactively troubleshoot to prevent business escalation

Development & innovation- Automate and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting- Lead AI-driven forecasting and advanced analytics initiatives- Drive a forward roadmap; build/enhance systems proactively (not just react)- Deliver process improvements aligned to Tyro’s strategy

Strategic partnering & insight- Partner with FP&A and Technology to align systems with evolving needs- Manage external consultants for TM1 and Workday integrations- Present recommendations on development, risk mitigation, and optimisation to senior stakeholders

Continuous improvement & change leadership- Track emerging tech (AI, automation, analytics) to future-proof finance systems- Lead change management and adoption across finance/non-finance teams- Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Training & enablement- Upskill finance teams with routine TM1/Workday training and new-starter onboarding

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in financial systems management, including IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), preferably also Workday.- Proven experience in cube development, writing processes and optimising rules and development of reports in TM1 (excel and workspace).- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or other related field preferred, with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.- Ability to balance BAU delivery with proactive system and process leadership.- Strong track record in financial process improvement, automation, and innovation.- Experience embedding AI/ML forecasting solutions highly desirable.- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and control mindset.- Strong communication skills — able to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts simply.- Experience taking project ownership and eliciting requirements from stakeholders
