Senior Solution Designer | Enterprise OSS/BSS Integration | 12-Month Contract

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and influential Senior Solution Designer to take immediate ownership of a critical, enterprise-level system integration project. This is a high-stakes, fast-paced 12-month contract focused on defining and implementing key interface data flows to ensure mandatory system updates (IWRAP).

This role requires a proven leader who can set the project agenda, drive process definition, and act as a strategic advisor to top executives, defining the right and wrong paths forward to meet a fixed, tight deadline.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership & Ownership: Take immediate control of the Interface Data Flows project, setting expectations and dictating the technical and process agenda to ensure successful delivery.

- Executive Strategic Advice: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing clear, decisive recommendations on project strategy, risk, and technical direction.

- Solution Design & Validation: Lead the comprehensive design of data flow-out and rigorous system validations to maintain data integrity across multiple enterprise systems.

- System Integration: Design and oversee robust solutions for critical system interfaces, leveraging extensive knowledge of Network OSS/BSS architecture.

- Critical Milestone Delivery: Drive the project to achieve the mandatory DISC completion milestone by December 2026.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Senior Solution Design Experience: Proven experience operating at a senior/principal level in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

- OSS/BSS Expertise: Demonstrable, in-depth technical experience with Enterprise-level Network OSS/BSS systems.

- Validation & Process Flow: Extensive, hands-on experience defining and implementing detailed data validations and comprehensive process flow documentation.

- Executive Influence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrable history of influencing, advising, and challenging senior executives and stakeholders.

- Time-Sensitive Delivery: A track record of successfully managing and delivering high-stakes projects under aggressive and fixed timelines.

Contract Details

- Duration: 12-Month Contract

- Rate: Up to $1,200 per day inclusive of super (maximum, commensurate with experience)

- Location: Hybrid (3 days per week required in the office)

- Start Date: January 12th 2026

- Hiring Process: Two-stage interview
