Senior Solutions Designer
to lead the design of a major SaaS-based Student Management System (SMS) implementation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design for a large-scale SaaS SMS implementation.
  • Act as a design authority across multiple program streams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions.
  • Review and refine vendor-provided designs to ensure compliance with functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop architectural roadmaps and ensure alignment with frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
  • Embed best practice design principles and ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and privacy standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in enterprise solution and software design within complex IT or higher education environments.
  • Strong background in SaaS and COTS implementations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Mulesoft, Moodle).
  • Expertise in architecture frameworks and design notations (TOGAF, UML, BPMN, ER models).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, information security, and compliance in regulated environments.
