Continuing, full-time position

Working under general direction, the Research Funding Administrator (Post Award) provides high quality central support to post-award management of research activity at the University.

This role will focus on customer service and providing a positive customer experience, providing efficient and effective post award research administration functions, and maintaining corporate records in relation to University research activities. The incumbent may also be required to provide support for the pre-award submission of research funding applications during peak periods.

To be successful you will need:

- Experience in delivering a professional, client focused service to a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated attention to detail, numeracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and explain complex documentation, such as grant guidelines, award conditions and contracts.
- Demonstrated high-level competence of standard office computer software and the ability to adapt quickly to changing IT environments.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills.
