About the Commission
The Independent Commission Against Corruption (the Commission) is an independent statutory body established to promote integrity within South Australian public administration. The Commission investigates reports of corruption within public administration and actively prevents corruption by undertaking evaluations of the practices, policies and procedures of public agencies. The Commission also delivers education programs which seek to guide the conduct of public officers in the South Australian public sector. The Commission is currently seeking to create a pool of potential recruits for a range of roles within the Prevention team. This pool of resources will be used to fill all short- and long-term vacancies that arise over the next six months within the team.
The Roles
Reporting to the Manager Prevention.
Principal Prevention Analyst
This role involves providing guidance to senior team members while conducting advanced research and analysis into integrity issues and systems within public administration. It supports the development of research initiatives, evaluations, and reports that contribute to the Commission’s work in promoting integrity and educating the public sector.
Senior Prevention Analyst
The Senior Prevention Analyst contributes to the Commission’s efforts to prevent corruption by conducting detailed research and analysis, and producing resources that help identify and address integrity challenges across public institutions.
Prevention Analyst
Working closely with senior staff, the Prevention Analyst assists in gathering and analysing information, helping to produce evaluations and public materials that support the Commission’s prevention and education goals.
Requirements
We are seeking experienced and driven professionals with strong communication and analytical skills, relevant tertiary qualifications, and a solid understanding of governance and risk management. The successful candidates will contribute to the Commission’s strategic objectives by producing high-quality publications, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting education and corruption prevention initiatives through research, evaluation and reporting. Special conditions
