Reporting to the Manager, HASS Learning Design Team and working closely with the Strategic Lead – Assessment Transformation (ITaLI), you’ll play a vital part in the University’s broader assessment transformation initiative.Key responsibilities will include:* Partner with the Strategic Lead – Assessment Transformation (ITaLI) and faculty stakeholders to align priorities and success measures.* Develop assessment strategies informed by Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and programmatic assessment principles.* Support academic staff to design and evaluate innovative digital assessment and feedback strategies.* Promote best practice in feedback, integrity, and technology-enhanced assessment design.* Share emerging sector knowledge on assessment and AI through communities of practice.* Lead internal learning design projects, coordinating resources and ensuring deliverables meet agreed objectives.# **About UQ**As part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world, and within an environment where interdisciplinary collaborations are encouraged.At the core of our teaching remains our students, and their experience with us sets a foundation for success far beyond graduation.
