**About this role**:
This is a remarkable opportunity for a talented and highly experienced Interior Designer to join a national practice in their Brisbane studio as Principal. This role will see you leading the Interior Design team - and will encompass project leadership, client management, team leadership and collaboration. Local experience within Australia is essential as well as bringing your own network as BD and winning work is a key part to your role at this level. A very attractive salary package is on offer commensurate with experience.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead the Brisbane Interior Design division within this National practice
- Lead projects and teams with a focus on large complex projects
- Work closely with Directors and other studio Principals on the successful delivery of projects
- Develop the skills of others within your team
- Work closely with clients and stakeholder groups
- Use your own network to do BD and win work

**Skills and experience**
- Min of 10 years experience gained in well regarded studios
- Demonstrated experience on large, complex projects
- Ability to lead teams through all stages
- Ability to manage staff for high productivity and morale
- Mentor staff in career and team based activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong and established Brisbane network
