As the Creative Lead & Studio Manager, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver innovative, high-quality creative outputs. You’ll manage studio operations, mentor designers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.

- Develop and implement a creative vision aligned with company goals.

- Oversee design projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency.

- Manage studio operations, budgets, and project timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into design strategies.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience: 5–7+ years in a similar role, with proven leadership in a creative design environment.

- Skills: Creative and strategic thinking, leadership, project management, client engagement, and strong organizational ability.

- Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
