The Role:
The Role: As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our client's customers, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns are expertly managed from start to finish. You'll be responsible for growing and maintaining a client portfolio, developing tailored digital strategies, and collaborating with a talented team to drive success across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, developing and nurturing strong relationships.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, guiding them from initial contact through to sale and onboarding.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign assets, including website content, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
- Manage client budgets and ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to deliver cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with platforms like Google, CMS, Bing, and Meta is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.
