The role is based at the historic Yarralumla Nursery in Canberra.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

- Year 10 Certificate or equivalent with passes in English, Mathematics and preferably a credit pass in science.

- You must hold a current Class C Driver's License or be able to obtain a licence prior to commencement.

- Ability to undertake the physical requirements of the tasks listed in the Position Description.

- Ability and commitment to complete the Certificate III in Horticulture.

Notes: This is a temporary position available from 12 January 2026 until 11 January 2030 with the possibility of permanency.

An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
