You will ensure every patient receives exceptional service while maintaining impeccable administrative standards. Key Responsibilities: Patient Success: Provide personalised support, monitor patient progress, handle enquiries, and conduct regular check-ups to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Operational Excellence: Manage patient accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily takings. Maintain accurate records for transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation. Clinic Administration: Handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, general office tasks, stock management, and ensure efficient clinic operations. Team Development: You will be responsible for training staff on operational administration and clinic duties, leveraging your expertise. Pay, Progression, & Income Potential Competitive Base Pay: $30 per hour base rate + Penalty Rates. Opportunities to earn monthly and quarterly bonuses. Commission Pathway: Increased income potential via a commission structure is unlocked upon successful progression to the Sales Consultant role.
