▷ 15h Left ICT Services Officer Full-time Permanent

Digital Canberra is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Services Officer to join the CMTEDD ICT team. In this role, you will support the delivery of digital initiatives by applying project and change management frameworks, analysing business needs, and collaborating with stakeholders across technical teams, business users, and external vendors.

As part of the Customer, Data and Technology Group, you will help navigate and promote ICT services, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the delivery of ICT initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating ICT advice, supporting strategic project proposals, delivering minor projects, and solving business problems through effective analysis and stakeholder engagement.

A typical day may include

- Managing complex ICT tasks and change activities.

- Analysing new digital initiatives and business problems from customers.

- Coordinating with other ICT specialists to provide appropriate advice to business users.

- Engaging with business teams to analyse application issues and provide/facilitate resolution utilising established framework.

Eligibility/Other Requirements

- A current ACT Government CMTEDD issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate (Baseline clearance equivalent) is required for this position, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

- Formal ITIL qualifications would be highly regarded.
