**Details**:The Public Trustee and Guardian (PTG) for the ACT promotes and supports the rights, interests and life decisions of our clients and to deliver excellent trustee outcomes for the ACT community. We perform a range of functions, deliver services under a range of legislation, and work closely with other ACT Government agencies and stakeholders.
PTG is seeking an ICT Manager who will have responsibility for managing PTG’s information systems; and ongoing management, support and maintenance of PTG’s emerging and legacy ICT systems.
The role is responsible for developing, refining and reviewing PTG’s ICT solution architecture and desired future ICT strategies. The ICT Manager will manage, maintain and coordinate vendor specific ICT software systems, and provide ongoing technical support through the development and implementation of tools that ensure efficient and accurate data capture and reporting across PTG functions.
**Eligibility/Other requirements**:
- Relevant formal qualifications in Information Technology are desirable.
- Driver’s license Class C is preferred.
- This position _does not_ require a pre-employment medical.
- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011_ is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au)
