Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development, you’ll lead the design and delivery of initiatives that drive organisational performance and embed a values-led culture. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to influence behavioural change and foster a thriving, future-focused environment.**You will make an impact by:*** Leading the delivery of Dexus’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy, embedding inclusive practices and aligning efforts with broader social sustainability priorities.* Designing and delivering D&I learning experiences, awareness campaigns, and contributing to internal and external reporting and measurement.* Driving performance enablement by managing the annual cycle and embedding feedback and growth conversations.* Co-designing initiatives that strengthen culture, boost engagement, and promote psychological safety and wellbeing across the organisation.* Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, P&C colleagues, and external partners to champion inclusion and performance.* Staying informed on industry trends and using data insights to continuously improve organisational development initiatives.**About You**As Senior Organisational Development Consultant, you will bring:* **5–8 years’ experience** in Organisational Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), with a track record of driving impactful change.* **Proven ability** to deliver initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across performance, culture, and inclusion.* **Deep expertise** behavioural change, with the ability to influence and embed inclusive practices organisation-wide.* **Strong analytical skills**, using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve initiatives.* A **degree in Human Resources or Psychology** (desirable), with post-graduate certification in DEI, behavioural change, or coaching highly regarded.* A collaborative and strategic mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships and stay ahead of industry trends.The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
