We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to join our friendly and collaborative People Experience team.

Working closely with our OD Operations Lead and People Partners, you’ll:

- Deliver OD and workforce development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and culture

- Partner with leaders and the People Experience team to provide practical OD advice and solutions

- Coordinate and deliver training programs, managing service requests with exceptional customer service

- Facilitate workshops and support engagement and inclusion initiatives

- Gather and prepare insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement

- Balance OD project work with learning and development business-as-usual activities

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

You’ll have:

- Experience in organisational development, HR or learning and development, ideally in a large or complex organisation

- Strong facilitation, coaching and relationship‑building skills

- The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and attention to detail

- A growth mindset that is creative, proactive and people‑focused

- Awareness of psychosocial risk factors and how OD can support wellbeing

- Tertiary qualifications in OD, Psychology, HR, Education or similar (Cert IV TAE desirable but not essential)
