About the role We have a great opportunity in our national Marketing & BDteam for a Marketing & BD Advisor based in Sydney. This is a"hands-on" role with lots of variety across the full spectrum ofMarketing & BD activities. It includes a combination of generalday-to-day support and project-based work. We are looking for anorganised and energetic person to help support our team, lawyersand partners across all practice areas. This role would be idealfor a marketing co-ordinator looking for the next step. You will have a varied workload and some of yourresponsibilities will include: - Assisting with the development and management oftraditional and digital marketing campaigns such as clientalerts and publications, social media, events and invites - Supporting bids & tenders including the drafting andcoordination of lawyer profiles - Database and website activities including building andmaintaining client distribution lists - A range of internal and external communications, such asinternal marketing reports, publications, creating and updatingcontent for our website and social media activities - Admin support including responding to ad-hoc queries fromvarious stakeholders - Contributing to, and helping with, local and national firmprojects across the team About you We are looking for a candidate who has tertiary qualificationsin marketing or a business-related discipline.
