Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Uphold the company’s mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;
2. Demonstrated ability to perform, monitor, report, and analyze as set in KPIs;
3. Ability to prospect, appraise, list, and sell property;
4. Ability to plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
5. Customer Database Management Ability;
6. Participate in all scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings;
7. Assisting with the sales campaign process from start to finish;

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager must have:

1. A can-do and open-to-learning attitude;
2. A great sense of humour;
3. A strong performer in a team environment with well-proven organizational skills;
4. A tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed in sales;
5. Sound knowledge of the industry’s acts, legislation, and compliance;

Position Requirements

1. Current Police Check Record;
2. Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
