Are you ready to be part of Brisbane’s biggest events? From concerts and festivals to major sporting fixtures and corporate functions — Certis is looking for proactive, customer-focused Events Security Officers to join our elite casual team.

If you thrive in high-energy environments and love working where no two days are the same — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Certis with professionalism and confidence at a range of events
- Provide friendly and effectivecustomer servicewhile ensuring public safety
- Carry outsecurity patrols, crowd control, and escort duties
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
- Diffuse conflict situations calmly and escalate when needed
- Keep accurate reports and logs of any incidents or breaches

Qualification

- QLD Security LicencewithCrowd Controlendorsement
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- A positive attitude and sharp communication skills
- Previous experience incustomer service or security roles(preferred but not mandatory)
