Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements ( ).

• Salary range: $67,4620 to $70,712 p.a. (OO3)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Plus Salary Sacrificing ( ) options may be available

About your opportunity

The Health Security Department provides a broad range of services and support functions to ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of all staff, patients, visitors, and contractors of the THHS.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

• Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
• Whilst not mandatory, possession of a Certificate III in Security Operations or equivalent or higher would be well regarded.
• Whilst not mandatory a current security licence would be well regarded.
• The successful candidate must adhere to a strict uniform and appearance policy.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
• Probation period may apply.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
