To find out more visit our website at **.****About the role**MSS Security is looking for a **Site Supervisor** to join a high-security environment and lead a high-performing security team at a prestigious banking precinct in Townsville.This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-stakes environment requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational security. Monday to Friday role with occasional weekend work and on call/incident management needed.### **What You’ll Do:*** Oversee daily security operations across the site, ensuring compliance with procedures and protocols* Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident reports* Liaise with stakeholders and maintain strong communication with site management* Monitor and manage access control systems, alarms, and CCTV* Enforce security and safety policies across the facility* Respond to emergencies and incidents efficiently and professionally and maintain response time KPIs* Manage a team of security officers and provide leadership support**What We’re Looking For:*** Prior **experience in a supervisory or team leadership role**, ideally in a corporate or similar environment* Valid QLD Security License - control room and crowd control endorsed* Valid First Aid and CPR* Strong understanding of physical security practices and site access control* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work autonomously and lead by example* Strong organisational and incident management skills### **Master licence:** 41299## **How to apply**MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.We are proud to:* be certified by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency,* be a partner and supporter of Veterans employment and honoured to have an endorsed INNOVATE Reconciliation Action Plan.
